This policy explains what Coach JPMD and The Attending Planner collect, how it is used, and the choices you have. It covers this website and the app.
The short version
Most of what you write inside The Attending Planner stays on your own device and is never sent to us. When you sign up for the newsletter, request the first chapter, or contact us, you share a name and an email, and we use those only to reach you about this work. Payments for the app are handled by Apple and Google, and we never see your full card details.
What we collect
• Contact details. Your name and email when you opt in for the first chapter, join a waitlist, subscribe to the newsletter, or use a contact form.
• App data stays with you. The plans, habits, notes, and financial figures you enter in The Attending Planner stay on your device by design and are not uploaded to our servers.
• Usage data. Basic, anonymous information about how people use the site, such as which pages they visit, so we can make it better.
How we use your information
We use your contact details to send you the chapter you asked for, to let you know when the book and other offers are ready, and to answer your questions. We do not sell your information to anyone.
Payments and subscriptions
App subscriptions and the founding-member option are processed through the Apple App Store and Google Play. Those platforms handle your payment and share only limited details with us, such as the fact that a purchase happened. We never store your card number.
Email and your choices
Every email we send includes a way to unsubscribe, and you can opt out at any time. You may also ask us to show you the contact information we hold for you, or to delete it, by writing to the address below.
Other services we rely on
We use trusted outside services to send email, host the website, and run the app store listings. Each of them handles your information under its own privacy terms, and we share only what is needed to provide these services.
Children
This site and app are meant for physicians and other adults, and they are not directed to children under thirteen. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the work grows. When we make a meaningful change, we will update the date at the top and, when it matters, let you know by email.
